The IPL has reached its business end and four teams have made it to the play-offs – Royal Challengers Bangalore, Chennai Super Kings, Mumbai Indians and Kolkata Knight Riders. Kings XI Punjab had an outside chance but their defeat to Deccan Chargers ended their 4 match winning streak and allowed Mumbai to reach the last 4 without much of trouble.3 out of the 4 teams that reached the play-offs have Indians as their captain and 4 out of 6 teams that did not made it to the final stage had foreign captains. Here’s the performance review of the 6 captains who were unable to take their teams past the league stage.

Sir Don Bradman: I saw him playing on television and was struck by his technique, so I asked my wife to come look at him. Now I never saw myself play, but I feel that this player is playing much the same as I used to play, and she looked at him on Television and said yes, there is a similarity between the two...hi compactness, technique, stroke production... it all seemed to gel!
