Tiger Woods has one last chance to salvage a victory from a sorry 2010 and claim back his World No.1 spot from England's Lee Westwood.

Woods is the tournament host this week at the Chevron World Challenge in California, which is not an official PGA Tour event but does count towards the world rankings.

Nick Dougherty played some of the most inspired golf of his life to claim the title at the BMW International Open in Munich yesterday before raising his hand to the heavens in tribute to his mother, Ennis, who died a little over a year ago.
